I’ve built a website which will show you a random object from the massive Rijksmuseum collection. Always nice to find something you’ve never seen before!

I got tired of all the pop-up’s, long stories and accounts needed on cooking sites so I’m building a web app that helps you organize all your favorite online recipes in one place.

It also helps you discover new recipes that other users have saved.

Nice! I love using high quality images of art for some of my personal projects. Might built something similar with these like I did for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam[1].

Very cool. How are you extracting the colors from the image? Trying to do something similar but without yielding anything I'm happy with

Thanks! Some of the artworks have the colors as part of their metadata, so I directly use those.

For a different project I’m looking in into using k-means to determine the dominant colors.

Yeah, I have a similar-ish project that I should see about about adding these images to.[1] Will have to see if they have a nice API.

Never thought I would see the release of v0.5. Congrats to all the maintainers!

Can’t wait to play with this!

Looks fun! And always nice to be able to grab the handle you want when you are one of the first to join

Also check out the Tasks plugin and the query language it comes with. Obsidian has become my one tool for so many things at this point!

If you are like me you have a list of links to recipes on different websites. Maintaining this becomes a hassles and makes it hard to plan your week.

This website scrapes the recipes and saves them in a database, ensuring you aren’t reliant on the original website anymore. Useful if they decide to delete the recipe or disappear altogether.

Hey, just tried to sign up and looks like your email confirmation is hardcoded to `localhost:3000` :)

Love your videos, already excited for the next one!

Unrelated but how do you like zeabur? Looks interesting but haven’t heard anything about it yet

Unlike Vercel, Zeabur can deploy full-stack services, including front-end, back-end, and the database. You can try it here: https://zeabur.com

It seems you have to click on the next step in the stepper above. But I agree that a “next” button would make more sense
