As long as it isn't illegal (well thought crimes aren't yet) why do you care?

> where people of color and members of marginalized communities are forced to live in ghettos.

You mean poor people.

No, this is why they should stop processing payments for those other platforms too.

But why don't they? That's the point, it seems aimed at sex work in general, with illegal content as an excuse.

There was no master/slave in Git so your strawman doesn't apply.

Are you using two accounts or is this two different russian agents posting?

Alas, just the one account and doubly alas, no pay check from Russia. Pretty sure their rates for being controlled opposition on HN wouldn't really cover my needs.

> Thailand

> Watching how it's been handled in the US just completely blows my mind

Sounds like freedom is incompatible with your mind.

Do you think posting like this is an effective tactic? I'm surprised it hasn't been flagged, and considering how poorly if reflects upon you I think it would be better for you if it were.

That's exactly how the social justice types operate: they inject themselves into a subculture they know nothing about, but feel like should assert control over and start calling things they don't understand "problematic". That's how you end up with pronoun rules in ATC operations.

Are you claiming that the word "problematic" was not in use before it started being used in social justice contexts?

Are you okay?

You aren't allowed to go against the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party here.

True. But I am happy the mod un-flagged and brought your comment back. At least the mod here is unbiased. It just saddens me that people are so blind. Sitting here in India I can see the fake stories for what they are but so many American citizens are unable to see it. It is unbelievable really.

GitHub is too busy making empty gestures (like renaming the master branch and black/white lists) to do anything substantive that would affect their income.

> By the way, it may interest you to know that Hootsuite is a Vancouver-based company.

That would explain the terrible name.
