"Lots of talks and meetings, and very little progress forward" spoke to me. Just left a growth-stage tech company last week (now at a startup) for the exact reason. Was asking myself, "How many days of my life do I want to continue discussing progress vs. making it?"

Also got a Heroku application error but loaded on fourth try! Pretty neat and would love to run our site through this once 0.2 is ready.
