CLI apps are generally lightweight and don't get in your way too much, just get the job done quickly and effectively

You are confusing one particular data set with actual documentation of a database schema. Your notion of what "well documented" is seems to be an extraordinarily low bar, given that you apply it to the case where there is no doco at all.

I have been using it from version v0.5.0, and I can say it is well maintained and user requests are heavily considered when it comes to its development, something not true on how Evernote reacts, when we ask for something. Plus, it is from the dog* who made signale, so it is going to stay of good quality. * Apparently it's not actually that cute dog who made it.

But crazy how americans pay to go to university. In majority of Europe we take nation wide exams on the last year of high school, on subjects like math and physics and if you study hard and score enough you pass, very difficult to make it in some schools though due to enormous competition. The advantage is that unis are free since people pay them through their taxes, ie germany, switzerland, greece (ece ntua), sweden etc
