Do you need one pi board per camera?

There’s only one camera ribbon connector on a Pi board, not sure if you could also plug in a USB cam or not.

Hmmm, I wonder if, no, it can't be. But I do wonder, sometimes, if you get what you pay for.

I don't believe this kind of snark is welcome on HN

> There are places where $1000-1500 covers you for the month, even with non-local, white guy pricing.

This is hilarious. There are places were $300 covers you for the month. I was paying $7 a day rent at a hotel at one stage.

What? You develop it using SwiftUI, then you compile it and it will run on whatever you compile it to. So yes, it will run on older OS versions.

> destroy years of good will thats been built up by genuinely building and delivering a high quality app people love.

And how did they do that? By changing where it appears in one search. wow.

> In this example there's also only one supermarket, the Apple app store.

But there is other apps stores. There is Googles, Amazons, even Samsung have one.

No it isn't. They changed the algorithm in which apps appearin search. Should they have to go through every change of app order, contact that dev and explain why?

> and have to support both a 32 bit and a 64 bit version of your app?

For a developer, there is no difference between a 32-bit and 64-bit.

This depends on what you app does.

I mean, what? You are like a local store with foot traffic complaining about the global internet restrictions. Of course it doesn't affect you.

Sure. Plenty of people can ignore the cheaper devices. But if you work for a government agency, you may not be able to. Or a bank. Or a utility. Or a telecom provider. Or a 1000 other businesses.
