My local one removed all its seats and is now take out only.

There is just too much liability, both legal and public relations wise, with operating cheap third places.

> To the point that the president is pretty much useless.

That's only if he does illegal stuff, which he's doing like there's no tomorrow.

It has been injected with politically motivated bias: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2025/may/14/elon-musk...

> React Server Components run on the server, and unlike client-side components, they don’t return raw HTML you can easily inspect in Dev Tools

Isn't it the opposite? RSC returns raw HTML. Did you mean that it obscures the API fetches it makes?

No, the RSC wire format is a stream of text, where each line starts with an ID and contains a JSON object that specifies which nodes to update and how.

We call it Awful Waffle, based on a Board Game called Brain Strain. They had "Awful Waffle" as an example.

https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/8785/brain-strain

I made a proof-of-concept daily game: https://awfulwaffle.jonabrams.com/

Is the example meant to rhyme, or is it an example of a subtle category of "words that only rhyme in some English accents"? "Offle Woffle" is somewhat standard American English, while "Orful Warful" would be British English.

Better information hierarchy.

Who's reading these docs?

Another LLM, which distills it back into a couple of sentences for human consumption.

This is why we can't have consistent benchmarks

Yeah I agree, also, what is the use of that benchmark? Who cares? How does it related to stuff that does matter?

Can you be block-listed if you withdraw your application to enter?

The ESTA form explicitly includes "withdrawn your application for admission", as part of the refused admission question.

So it's basically the same, and you will have to apply for a proper visa.

What's an ESTA form? I've never encountered one as a Canadian.

Canadian citizens are exempt but this is the program that allows non-visa travel to nationals of certain countries https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

I don’t know what the policy is, but you can be denied entry for any reason

It hasn't even reached alpha quality yet, basing another browser on it in 2025 would be a wild choice.
