Have you ever had to reply 'from' a random iCloud email? Is it possible?

I faced that with Costco support. My method is custom email on personal domain name. Had to setup email alias in gmail to do so. Was a pain.

Have you looked into their privacy/data collection policies?

Generally prefer local solutions but gave up on Pi-hole some time back after recurring issues. Currently using client-specific adguard; however the centralized management with nextdns is enticing.

Nice implementation. I like it.

In addition to source/topic customization that others have already mentioned; it would be nice to be able to ask follow up questions on a news story that one would like to know more.

Thanks for checking it out and commenting!

THAT would be really cool. Especially with voice while its reading the articles to you.

After installing UTM, did your Mac experience a noticeable slow down, even when no VMs are running? It was frustrating enough for me to uninstall it altogether.

I've been using arm64 debian and nixos with no slow downs, 32GB memory. I don't care to try x86_64 emulation personally, but the native linux version run well in my experience. The only annoying thing I've found was that while video would run smooth there was anywhere from 100-500ms delay in the sound playing youtube in the VM.

Slightly off topic but I tried nixos on a laptop with just 4GB and it ran out of memory doing a refresh of some sort (a nix noob at the moment)

My reading suggests I am stuffed but I feel the goal is worthwhile. There does not seem to be a minimum ram requirement but if you had any pointers Inwoukd be grateful

I have ollamam jellyfin and keep a utm with kali open at all times. I don't notice any slowdowns.

Chip: Apple M1 Max Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency) Memory: 64 GB

When using UTM on M2 MacBook. Blazing fast Debian vm and the host Mac.

The networking on other hand is doing my head in.

How does it compare with Arq Backup (for Mac)? It's a bummer that Arq has still not added support for Azure.

One more vote. This seems to help. Thank you for the suggestion. Now I am wondering if I should also turn off "Predictive" in the settings.

Yup - I've turned off slide and predictive and it seems to be exactly how it used to be - infinitely easier to get the words in to the point where you don't even need to look at the keyboard!

I’m praying this works. I have the same experience as everyone else here.

I just disabled both, also disabled keyboard sound and enabled haptics. A much better typing experience!

Same here. Been using an iPhone since 3s. Glad (not really) to see its not only me. I tried Pixel 2(?) for sometime in between and my typing accuracy / experience was better with it.

With all the so-called AI/ML being used, shouldn't the typing get better?!

Been using Mullvad for over 6 months now. Really like it. I wish they offer a way to whitelist streaming apps on iphone or atleast make a widget to make it easy to turn VPN on and off.

You can use the standard WireGuard iPhone app and a WG config. Should be a bit easier to turn off and on.

ah.. Does WireGuard app have a widget or shortcut support?

I have PiHole as well. How to verify that FB SDK requests are blocked by it?

Can I use Arq to backup disks connected to my airport extreme router? I don't have a desktop; will be installing it on my laptop. Can I schedule when to backup ?
