Pay down all debt. Cut down on expenses. Sell most of your possessions. Invest in stocks/crypto. Take a few months rest without any digital obligations and reset your health. Good luck.
If OP is looking to retire as quickly as possible, this is a method that might work. It's just high risk.
This strategy is my only hope to retire early. At least OP is making so much money that he could retire in early even without investing. I'm also 8 years in and have less than a quarter of that (and I live frugally).
something akin to 'reward points', but yeah...it's a bit of a grey area! Cadoo.io is doing a similar thing with exercise and they treat it legally as 'loyalty points' but in reality it's prizes. It's one of the big unknowns about the model to be honest - we kind of hope that it will seen more like a community finance initiative or a business cooperative.
Thanks, this was a really helpful link. In the case of HackerStash I'm confident it falls within the definition of a contest, and not sweepstakes or lottery. There are a few areas where this could be tightened up and the article will help with that, but likewise we've met all the criteria set out in the article other than terms relating to 'what happens to prizes if someone dies'. We'll have something added there!
Curious about what you're working on now, feel free to come join HackerStash and share your progress ;) haha

For me, the concepts "feedback loop from hell" and "expecting a positive is a negative" from the book "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" were gamechangers.
Def. not an expert and from what I gathered, it's a lifelong effort. But for me, it takes a few min just to concentrate on the breath and remind myself to observe my thoughts, emotions as separate from my self-awareness. So maybe try extending your sessions to 20-30 min before/after sleeping?

I think it's healthy to pursue goals and improve your life situation. But don't let it become your identity or expect lasting peace from it.
