I have 6 Kettle bells at home and I have a program designed with 4 different options by an exercise physiologist.
I also run/bike/swim and walk the dog for 30 min per day generally with a 12kg weight vest (strength and cardio at the same time). I try to so 1 triathlon a year and 1 marathon a year and I find that is good motivation to prepare for an event.
I started running at lunch time while working from home to get out the house and started doing longer and longer distances… I ended up running a marathon last year.
Another aspect is that I did 75 Hard last year, which is a life/game changer!
They shut down Highrise and I am pretty sure there is a place for small business CRM. When I looked a while ago, I could not find a good Highrise replacement
