All those AI songs sound like they are straight from sample packs previews. I am sure that in a few years we will get a real AI music generator, where you can enter a prompt like "a rock song with Freddie Mercury's vocals and lyrics about space".

Mods please change "tornado" to "tornado cash". People explaining in the thread that some tornado was sanctioned got me confused even more.

Not to mention Tornado is a very popular open source Python web server.

It was really funny to read advices to move HN to cloud from all those "experts".

> Angular 1.x was a complicated and annoying beast

For me Angular 1.x was simple and pleasant, first JS framework that I really liked to use back when MEAN stack was popular. Angular 2+ is what you call "complicated and annoying beast".

> my scaled, hooks infested, react apps make me feel like I’m handicapping myself

I know what you mean, I hope Vue 3+ or Solid will slowly replace React.

Thanks for sharing! Looks great!

Thanks damsta!

If you create a community that generates ad/gold/whatever revenue for Reddit mods should be able to get at least a bit of it. No communities = no revenue for Reddit.

Going from “doing it for fun” to being paid for it is probably going to destroy the spirit of a community.

That's true, and unfortunate, on one hand you want them to get paid for the work they put in, on the other hand it could introduce a chaos. How could that be solved?

There are so many other things they could invest time on and they decided to spend it profile badges...

Any plans to support Vue as well?

We already support Vue and Nuxt (and all other frontend frameworks): https://vercel.com/new/templates

PayPal is awful and I am not talking about the fee. The developer experience is so disgusting. Their developer portal is completely useless, it does not show any data. They have 5 different documentation pages about one thing, each one is more outdated than the other. If you want to onboard merchants on your platform you will have no way of seeing the connected accounts. Their button that you can integrate on your website is super heavy, it wastes so much data just to show the div, do not try to click on it if you do not want to lose a few megs of data.

You also get rate-limited in the sandbox just for clicking around too fast. WTF is the point of a sandbox!?

Nice work!
