One of the core skills of CS is peeking and spraying. fy_iceworld just decreases the iteration time while allowing you to chill and talk with friends and train basic skills.

Ohh! Don't tease me with Escape Velocity! It apparently needs 2050K more memory?

We use Haskell at Bitnomial, and I can confirm that this is in fact the case. We've been able to incorporate new complex knowledge quickly in a way that most other languages would have more trouble with. Refactoring is a secret weapon for Haskell.

One mildly annoying thing about eshell is the lack of input redirection. I can most of the time rewrite my command to not use an input redirection or use some other emacs feature to do what I want (eg M-x sql-postgres), but out of habit, I trip over myself sometimes in eshell with respect to this.

You can get NMN at most supplement places. NootropicsDepot sells it for example.

Bitnomial (bitnomial.com) uses Haskell for basically everything!

Is this remote, U.S.-only or are you open to hiring Canadians?

Does AWS provide managed Cortex? Is that just a part of the AWS managed prometheus thing?

Yes, Amazon's managed Prometheus is based on Cortex. See the first question at https://aws.amazon.com/prometheus/faqs/
