I read it very long ago. However, my feeling was that it's for VC funded companies and only companies who are looking to become a billion dollars corporation whereas personally, I would have been happy with the multi-million business

Avoid wireless charging ?

What's wrong with it ?

Wireless charging generates a lot more sustained heat, which can, hypothetically (and in some cases has been demonstrated to) cause chemical degradation of the battery faster. Heat and high charging speeds, combined with keeping the battery at extremes (close to 0%, close to 100%) is the worst combination.

Generates a lot of heat. I first noticed when my phone was unable to do nav while wirelessly charging in a rental car.
